Donaldson Homes is a family owned and operated home builder based out of Mint Hill, NC. Our company is owned by Charlotte NC native Jeremy Donaldson who started Donaldson Homes in the summer of 2020. Prior to operating this family business, Jeremy Donaldson spent 8 years with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. We look forward to working with you on all of your upcoming projects!
